What this site stores

No Forking Idea uses browser storage to keep your room session active and to remember your analytics choice. Browser storage is covered by the same rules as cookies in the UK.

Essential storage

The table session is kept in your browser so you can return to an active room without signing in. This is required to provide the service you asked for.

Optional analytics

If you accept optional analytics, first-party visit counting uses a tab-scoped random identifier. Leviathan DataAF, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics may collect usage, device and interaction information to help us understand how the app is used. DataAF uses a session-scoped identifier; Google and Microsoft may store or access identifiers. None of these tools loads before consent. Provider storage durations can change as their services evolve; their current documentation provides the authoritative details.

Optional advertising

Google AdSense ad requests are paused across the entire site during publisher review. The ownership meta tag and ads.txt remain available but do not serve an ad. If advertising is enabled after approval, the platform will ask eligible UK, EEA and Swiss visitors for the permissions required by Google and communicate the choice using the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Non-personalised ads can still use cookies or similar identifiers for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention. Managing cookies

You can clear this site's data at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will end any active room session and show the cookie notice again. Use “Change cookie choices” below to update analytics preferences without clearing your room. If Google advertising is enabled later, Google’s certified consent message will provide its own advertising privacy controls.
